For this reasons, our guarantee does not include the natural variations and imperfections that occur in nature.
Substitutions - If a particular flower, plant or color choice is not fresh or available, we will use a fresh selection of equal or greater value. We do our best to have special containers on hand, however, occasionally containers will be substituted as necessary.
