Local Delivery
Our local delivery charge and same day order cut off times are:
Albany, Most Capital District Areas, Troy and all out-lying areas orders received by 1PM ($12-20 delivery fee - check by zipcode above)
Delmar, Selkirk, Slingerlands, Glenmont, South Bethlehem (all have a delivery fee $10) and Ravena ($12)-orders received by 3PM
Residential deliveries should be completed by 6:00PM. The recipient may be called for address information and directions. Substitutions may be necessary to ensure your arrangement or specialty gift is delivered in a timely manner. For residential deliveries, if the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, the delivery person may leave the gift in a safe place for the recipient to retrieve when they return or attempt delivery the
next day.
Deliveries to business addresses will be completed by the end of the
business day. For business deliveries, if the business is closed, not accepting deliveries or the recipient has left work early; delivery will be attempted the next business day.
Funeral work for local services may be delivered on Sunday by special arrangement - if the order is received on Saturday before 3pm
Delivery Status... If we have any difficulties with your order, we will contact you by telephone and/or e-mail. Complete names, addresses and phone numbers help ensure your satisfaction.
US orders must be received before 12:00 noon in the recipient's time zone to assure same-day delivery. Orders received after that time may be delivered the following day.
We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Holiday delivery times are open to adjustment. The 3 days before a holiday require flexibility on delivery schedules -your gift may arrive a day earlier or later than requested to assure it arrives before the holiday.
We are unable to make deliveries on Sundays. Deliveries requested on this day will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed. Please include a local contact name and phone number.
We will be happy to accept your international orders if you call our shop directly. We are unable to accept international orders over the Internet.
Substitution Policy
Substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. Please include a second choice when placing an order during peak holiday seasons to insure timely arrival of your gift.
In single-flower novelty arrangements, such as orchids or Tropicals, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but 24 hour notice makes it more likely you will receive the flowers of your choice.
